Looking at the variety of lovely Ironwood golf course homes, one finds that they are all brick (or brick and siding on less expensive homes), and the architectural style is traditional American ranches and two-stories. The residents are served by the Hamilton Southeastern school system.

A review of the nine Ironwoodwood Golf Course homes in Fishers IN that sold in the last two years shows what one gets for a buck. The lowest priced golf club home sold for $210,000, was a 1.5 level brick and vinyl home with 2,100 square feet of main and upper living space, 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms on 0.22 acres. The master bedroom was on the main level, and it had a garden tub and a separate shower. The large screened porch had a cathedral ceiling and looked out onto the golf fairway, woods, and a pond. The greatroom had a fireplace, the foyer was two stories high, and there was both a formal dining room and a breakfast room.

Luxury Ironwood Golf Club Homes

At the high end of Ironwood golf course homes in 2010-2011 was a 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 7,700 total square foot, all brick home on a park-like 1.4 acre setting. The property had 3 decks that overlook the golf course, mature trees, and a brook. A walkout basement provided access to the in-ground swimming pool. Other striking features of this house included multiple styles of ceilings (raised panel in the study, three level tray ceiling in the master bedroom, and an intricate and custom beam ceiling in the living room), a beautiful sloping grassy backyard, a wood paneled study with built-in shelving, a pool with an automatic pool cover, a home theatre, and hardwood flooring in the kitchen.
